DESCRIPTION
The machine was designed and made to insert plastic handles on the type of packs called BAG IN BOX.
It is made up of:
• FRAME
• SIDE BELTS
• PIN CONVEYOR SYSTEM
• HANDLE FEED AND ORIENTATION UNIT
• SINGLE-HEADED HANDLE INSERTION UNIT
• ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOARD
OPERATION
The pack is brought to the entrance of the machine by a side belt which puts it in phase with the transmission pins inside of it.
The handles are placed inside of a vibrating hopper. An orientation system moves them single-file onto a conveyor belt where they get ready to be picked up. The photocells placed on the two conveyor belts detect the presence of the handle and the pack. A unit made up of a movement trolley with grippers picks up the handle and, by means of mechanical, continuous movement, inserts it in the box transported by the pins, on the conveyor belt below. |
