Envelope cartoning, no gripping, glue sealing

DESCRIPTION
The machine is totally automatic and suitable to package envelopes in cardboard boxes (American-type). It is made up of:


• BASIC FRAMEWORK WITH ACCIDENT-PREVENTION PANELS AND GUARDS
• BOX FORMING UNIT
• BOX CONVEYOR BELT
• ENVELOPE CONVEYOR BELT
• ENVELOPE CENTRING
• GLUE OR TAPE SEAL “CARTON CLOSING” UNIT
• ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOARD


OPERATION
A sturdy arm equipped with suction cups, mounted on a trolley guided by guides with recirculating ball blocks, picks up the box from the store and brings it to the loading position to form it. It first closes the short flaps and then the long ones. Movement is assisted by an inverter guaranteeing minimum stress of mechanical parts.
