DESCRIPTION
The machine is completely automatic. It is suitable to pack food products, such as salami, with different weight and size measurements in American-type boxes. The machine can be integrated with honeycomb separator insertion systems and glue or PVC tape sealing systems.
It is made up of:
• BOX FORMING UNIT
• PRODUCT CARTONING UNIT
• BOX CONVEYOR BELT
• PRODUCT CONVEYOR BELT
• GLUE OR TAPE SEAL CARTON CLOSING UNIT
• PAINTED STEEL ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOARD

OPERATION
Designed with a very simple mechanism, making the machine reliable and silent.
The product gripping arm is supported by low-friction guides.
The trolley is moved mechanically, with starting and stopping at constant acceleration and deceleration. This is due to a connecting rod and crank which ensure minimum stress to the mechanical parts, even in the presence of a high amount of production.
There are two knobs on the machine on the operator side to facilitate gripping tool change of the product to be packed.
The front flap is sealed as the box is moved forward by side belts, while sealing of the back flap is carried out by a pneumatic lever device. Subsequently the side flaps are closed by the steel rods. The top and bottom of the box are sealed by the gluing unit.
All adjustments regarding size changes are facilitated by the presence of hand wheels with rotation meters which indicate the reference position of the various sizes which the machine is capable of processing. The whole process is carried out rapidly.
