DESCRIPTION
The tilting machines were designed to respond to the most recent Safety Standards on the work premises (Directive 89/392, Law 626) and built with quality material.
They are particularly useful to pick up semi-processed materials, stowed away in bulk inside containers near operating machinery, eccentric presses, deburring machines, tumblers, assembly benches, conveyor belts, dosers, packaging machines, etc.
They can be single or double with internal dimensions respectively from 1200x1000 to 2400x1000
It is made up of:
• Basic framework
• Tilting frame driven by oleodynamic cylinders controlled by a control unit.
• Accident-prevention guards complete with forced opening safety micro switch which stops the tilting machine and prevents it from functioning if not positioned correctly.
• Electrical control board including 24V low-voltage up and down buttons, selector for local/remote control, LED indicating electricity connected, socket to connect driving force, socket for eventual remote control, rearm button, emergency mushroom-shape button with rotary rearming. |
