DESCRIPTION
The machine is completely automatic. It is suitable to place separators inside of Wrap-Around-type packs. These separators must be placed before forming the box around the bottles while the machine keeps on moving.
Format change with simple mechanisms allowing rapid replacement of various tools.
It is made up of:

Mechanical SCARA robot system suitable for quick and precise movements with max wrist load of 12 kg.
Electronically-controlled speed variation with encoder positioned on wrap-around machine conveyor belt.
Interchangeable honeycomb separator gripping head for different configurations.
OPERATION
The head picks up the separator and opens it while moving towards the pack and sets it into the layer being prepared for the bottles while the packaging machine is moving.
Functioning is controlled by a PLC with safety devices dislocated on the machine.
