Palletizing and Depalletizing Line for Aluminum Cans – 30,000 cph
The depalletizing model selected is specifically designed for this product, featuring a top-layer transfer system on platform. The slip-sheet remover has been engineered to handle both interlayer sheets and top frames from the pallet in process, storing them in two separate magazines.
For palletizing, a traditional machine was installed with bottom product infeed, interlayer device, and rotary table stretch wrapper. The available floor space was optimized to accommodate both machines, particularly to facilitate forklift operations during product loading and unloading.
