Industry 4.0

Fipal did not miss the opportunity to strengthen its expertise with the advent of Industry 4.0. On this front, the company has acted on several levels. It introduced virtual reality, both in the project development phase and during implementation, giving customers the possibility to actually see how the line will look inside the plant and, most importantly, how it will operate. This represents a huge advantage, as it helps make the right choices during the design phase and prevents potential future issues.

Within the Industry 4.0 perspective, Fipal has also focused on the after-sales phase, supporting customers even after commissioning by monitoring machine functionality through remote assistance. This solution has enabled Fipal to constantly supervise its machines and promptly alert customers of malfunctions or incorrect usage conditions. This represents a major strength, as customers are supported not only during project execution but also throughout the effective operation of the plant.

Our History

1995

Foundation of FIPAL

After a long experience as a technical office with a team of established and expert designers in the packaging machinery sector, FIPAL was founded in 1995, specializing in the design and construction of packaging machines for the beverage, food, and chemical industries.
2000

ISO 9001 Certification

The market immediately recognized FIPAL for the reliability, functionality, and versatility of its plants and packaging machines, ensuring continuous growth year after year. An important milestone was reached in 2000, when the company obtained ISO 9001 certification (Nr. 50 100 0496) from TUV Management Service as a “design and production company of packaging and wrapping machines.”
2010

Range Expansion

In the following years, FIPAL introduced automated machines for line completion and special machines for various industrial automation sectors, even at low production speeds. Thanks to a team of experienced specialists, bringing enthusiasm and fresh perspectives alongside professionalism and know-how, FIPAL substantially revolutionized its entire product range starting from 2010.
2017

Industry 4.0

Patents, new technologies, and solutions developed for medium-capacity lines (up to 30,000 bph) enabled FIPAL to partner with leading international beverage groups and further enhance its image and expertise. The arrival of the fourth industrial revolution was a turning point: in 2017, FIPAL seized the opportunity by introducing virtual reality into project execution and implementing a remote assistance system to monitor installed plants.
