The DYNAMIC BOX can manage a wide variety of formats, all controlled via the operator panel without requiring mechanical adjustments, effectively eliminating changeover time.
It is designed with modularity in mind: each module contains a gripper, and depending on the required production speed, from one to three grippers can be installed in series. This setup allows the system to achieve very high production speeds.
Each pneumatically driven gripper allows rotations of up to 180° in both directions, making it possible to orient products according to label positioning.
Thanks to its exceptional flexibility, the DYNAMIC BOX can be used in multiple sectors, handling all types of containers—making it suitable not only for the beverage industry but also for chemical and food applications.
Maintenance is minimal, and format management via the touchscreen panel ensures easy and intuitive operation.
