The LEOPARD 2400 partition inserter, designed by FIPAL, is a patented, highly technological, and high-performance machine that allows the insertion of dividers inside cartons either before or after product insertion.

This is a robotic solution, equipped with a SCARA-type robot featuring a gripping head composed of suction cups driven by an articulated system of connecting rods and cranks. The lightweight design of the head allows very high speeds (up to 40 cycles/min) while maintaining a high level of precision and robustness.

The most important feature of this machine is that divider insertion is carried out in continuous tracking mode, without stopping the carton, which enables extremely high operating speeds.
