The EASY TURN SYSTEM is a patented FIPAL solution that enables row preparation and preformation of the palletizing layer.
Its main function is performed by a product-turning conveyor, which allows 90° or 180° rotations in both directions without stopping the product. This is a key feature, as it ensures a continuous and fast process, achieving high production capacities.
The EASY TURN SYSTEM can handle any type of pack or bundle, regardless of shape, material, or size. It can manage unlimited formats quickly and easily via the palletizer’s touchscreen panel, without requiring mechanical adjustments for format changeovers.
