COMBI Packaging Monoblock

COMBI Packaging Monoblock

The COMBI packaging monoblocks represent the perfect combination of technology, robustness, and reliability.

Thanks to FIPAL’s twenty years of experience in the packaging sector, the COMBI monoblock machines have steadily gained market recognition for their compactness, simplicity, and functionality, meeting every type of customer requirement.
Fully automatic packaging machines, the COMBI units can handle American-type cartons as well as a wide range of products in glass, PET, and tinplate.

Depending on the type and geometry of the product, gripping can be performed by gripping heads, suction cups, or dedicated clamps. According to production speed requirements, one or two gripping heads can be installed. Carton closure can be executed with hot-melt glue or adhesive tape, achieving up to 1,000 cartons/hour.

Every single movement of the COMBI monoblock packaging machines is easily controlled via the operator panel, complemented by fine mechanical adjustments using handwheels and handles, allowing for fast format changes.
The numerous gripping systems developed by FIPAL over the years enable COMBI monoblocks to adapt to a wide range of applications, processing products such as bottles, jars, cans, bricks, etc., making this machine truly versatile.

Equally important is the aesthetic design: FIPAL has given this machine a distinctive structure with angled profiles and sliding doors, ensuring complete access for adjustments and maintenance.

FIPAL has expanded its product range with the development of the COMBI BUS, a monoblock designed with the same concept and technologies as the traditional COMBI, but optimized for the packaging of bag-in-box pouches.
